SwarmStack provides an AI agent orchestration platform built on Firecracker microVMs, enabling users to deploy, manage, and scale AI agents. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Firecracker microVM infrastructure for isolated agent execution
• APIs for agent deployment and management
• Dashboard for monitoring and analytics
• Integration tools and SDKs

3. Account Registration

To use SwarmStack, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwarmStack to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Deploy malicious agents or conduct harmful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of SwarmStack APIs is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or suspension of access.

SwarmStack retains all rights to its platform, technology, and branding. You retain ownership of any code, agents, or content you create using our services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of SwarmStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SwarmStack may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwarmStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SwarmStack at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
